Our program focuses on self-recognition, job crafting, work-family management, and recovery, offering online training, counseling, and therapy to help your employees harness these strategies effectively.

Our LEAD Radically program is designed to provide executive coaching that revolves around strengths-based leadership practices, with a singular purpose: to elevate the quality of work life and drive sustained performance, growth, and effectiveness for both individuals and organizations.

Navigating mergers and acquisitions can be a complex endeavor, and the impact on an organization's culture is substantial. With over 20 years of experience in senior HR roles, we've repeatedly guided organizations through post-merger integrations.

Who Am I?

My mission is to rehumanize the workplace, fostering human values, enhancing well-being, and increasing productivity. Leveraging my HR and well-being knowledge, I aim to inspire healthy organizational cultures and nurture responsible leaders who drive sustained performance, growth, and effectiveness, benefiting both organizations and individuals.

As a psychotherapist, specialized in trauma & burn-out, I help people heal, grow & transform. This is what I am most passionate about, and which is of tremendous meaning to me.

 

As an HR professional, I have held various senior positions in multinationals across several industries and regions. Culture & leadership, strategic well-being & transformation have been my favorite domains, all of which I was able to combine in various post-merger integration projects I’ve led.
